There is Always a Starting Point

My name is Warren Davies and as this is my second blog entry I would like to welcome you to Take Massive Action Daily. I would like to share my story so far, and my goals and dreams for 2009 and beyond.

I am 41 years old I am married to my amazing wife Merrilyn and have five wonderful children.
My journey along the personal development and investing track started in 2001 when on holiday in Noosa Queensland I read the book RichDad Poor Dad. This book opened up a new world to me, an exciting world that I have been pursuiting for the past eight years.

At the time I was running my own dairy farming enterprise in northern Victoria and fairly comfortable, but reading this book changed my view of what was possible and how it could be achieved. It was the first real book I had read since leaving school and it opened my eyes to a new world. Since that day I have read hundreds of books, attended many seminars, invested, made money, lost money, started businesses and along my journey met some fantastic people and mentors that have helped me get to where I am today.This is the start of a initial twelve month and ongoing project for me where I am committing to sharing my journey and the wisdom of my mentors with the readers of Take Massive Action Daily. I am committing to write two entries a week for the next twelve months and share the success strategies that I am implementing and share with you the direction of my mentors.It is one of my goals in 2009 to personally mentor one hundred people in personal development and the strategies that I am using so they too can create the life of there dreams.Over the next few entries I will introduce my mentors and the wisdom they have shared with me.
